Shipping terms
Our products are carefully packed with high quality materials. Sturdy cardboard boxes are used for shipping and the contents are well protected with various polystyrene layers. Each box is designed to be easily handled both in size and weight.
We ship our products all over the world using couriers that offer Standard and Express services among the major market players. We choose the most economical and efficient solution according to the item purchased and its destination. Each of our shipments is insured and you can monitor the shipment of your purchase online with a convenient tracking system following the different steps, from the order processing to the destination you have chosen.
All orders are processed immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that not all items may always be in stock at the time of ordering. If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 24 working hours, if the item is not in stock or can be delivered shortly, you will need to wait the production time for the work. The time can vary depending on the type of object from 3 to 5 working days.
In order to have the exact delivery time, sometimes necessary for goods intended for a gift with a precise date, we advise you to contact us with the name of the item at the following email address: info@delaurentisglass.com.
The ordered goods are shipped at our risk until they reach your door. Any damage or loss during transport is at our expense.
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the checkout process and are generally included in the sale price. For orders under € 100, shipping costs are determined by dimensional weight, which is based on the item size, weight and destination. We charge the customer only a part of the shipping cost, as the actual cost is higher than the amount indicated at checkout during the purchase. Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide you with a valid tracking number to track the shipment through the shipper’s website.
Important: When purchasing a product, please remember to provide a valid phone number for the courier who may need to contact you if they give you information about the delivery of the package.
Customs duties and local taxes are not included in the price because they vary from country to country. We do not accept responsibility for charges, taxes and customs duties for countries such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Switzerland, Japan, Korea and no other country in the world. Please contact your local customs office in your country to verify the amount of customs charges. Any import duties are paid by buyers on delivery. All deliveries within the EU (European Union) are duty free.
Deliveries to trade fairs or other events are not possible. A P.O. box cannot be indicated as the delivery address, because on delivery the signature of the person collecting the delivery is required.
