The access and use of the site www.delaurentisglass.com (“Site”) is subject to the acceptance, on behalf of the user, of the following conditions (“Conditions”) and applicable laws. By accessing and consulting the Site, the user accepts, without limitations or reservations, the Conditions specified below. If the Conditions are not accepted, the user will not be able to access the site. The site is the property of De Laurentis Fratelli s.n.c., a company based at the following address: Dorsoduro 2766/A, 30123 – Venice, Italy, VAT number IT02688330279, Tax Code 02688330279, (“De Laurentis Glass”).
The purchase of products on the site is regulated by the Terms and Conditions of sale which will be imposed on the user during purchasing. For any requests, please contact De Laurentis Glass using the details indicated in the Contacts and (Chat) sections on the site.
Limitations to the use of content and information published on the Site.
All information and content published on the Site (“Information”) is protected by copyright or by other intellectual property rights and, except where indicated, cannot be used, neither in full nor in part, nor be copied, reproduced, transferred, published nor distributed in any way without the prior written consent of De Laurentis Glass. The user can download and/or print the information exclusively for personal use and for non-commercial use. In any case, the user cannot distribute, edit, transmit, reuse, send or use the information, therein including texts, images, contents as well as software possibly present on the Site, for advertising or business purposes without the prior written authorization of De Laurentis Glass.
Brands, logos and any other distinctive sign which appears on the Site are the property of De Laurentis Glass or its business partners, and cannot be used in any way or form or by any means without the prior written consent of De Laurentis Glass. In particular, the registered name “De Laurentis Glass”, as with any other distinctive sign which contains the “De Laurentis Glass” brand, cannot be in any way used as a domain name or as part of one, for third party sites, without the prior written consent of De Laurentis Glass.

Limitations of liability
De Laurentis Glass will strive to publish precise and updated information on the Site. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that the use of information does not violate the rights of third parties, nor that the information is free of errors, is exact, is complete or updated. Under no circumstances will De Laurentis Glass be held responsible in any way for any negative consequences, damages or losses, deriving or related to use of the Site and Information.
Sites, links and third party site contents
De Laurentis Glass cannot check the content of third party sites or of external pages to which the Site could be in some way connected, and does not assume any responsibility for materials and information shown on such sites in respect to those which De Laurentis Glass has a link to. Connecting to external pages from the Site is the responsibility of the user. Connection through link to other sites does not implicate in any way that De Laurentis Glass has a collaboration or affiliation with the third-party holders of these sites.
Information sent by users
Any information, content or material sent to the Site (including uploaded files, data, questions, comments, suggestions or other) will always be kept confidential. The user guarantees to hold De Laurentis Glass harmless from any action, request, or demand put forward by third-parties in relation to the use of such material.
User Registration
Each user can register on the site, by inserting their data on the appropriate registration form, if the client intends to proceed to the purchase of products sold through the Site. The user guarantees De Laurentis Glass that information provided during registration is current, sincere and correct, and will undertake to notify De Laurentis Glass of any variation in data regarding the registration. Notification must be carried out by editing the personal account. In the event that De Laurentis Glass should believe that the information is not correct, or for any reason believes that such a measure is justified, it will be able to deny access to the Site or suspend the user’s account. De Laurentis Glass will proceed with verifying the VAT number only for professionals/businesses who have offices in the European Union.
Further Restrictions
Only connection to the home page of the Site is permitted to third parties. Under no circumstances is so-called deep linking permitted without the prior written authorisation of De Laurentis Glass.

Terms and conditions of sale
Purchases made on www.delaurentisglass.com (“Site”) are regulated by the following Terms & Conditions (the “Conditions”).
By clicking on the “PLACE ORDER” button, the user accepts the Conditions without any limitations or reservations.
The site belongs to De Laurentis Fratelli s.n.c., a company based at Dorsoduro 2766/A, 30123 – Venice, Italy, VAT registration number IT02688330279, Tax Code 02688330279 (“De Laurentis Glass”).
1. Services offered by the site
The Site offers the chance to purchase goods indicated and offered for sale (“Products”).
To access the services, the user has to be registered on the Site. During the registration stage, the user will be asked to specify if they intend to register and therefore purchase goods as a company/professional or privately, specifying the user’s nationality. Only purchases made by private users will be subjected to the rules applicable to consumers.
All final product prices viewed on the site are shown in Euros, with or without VAT, depending on the country or registration type. Product prices are subject to periodic changes and variations.
Shipping costs are considered as included for certain products and offers. For all other products, the shipping costs will be paid by the user.
2. Product selection and purchasing method
After being authenticated, the user will be able to proceed with the selection of products as described in the appropriate sections, by selecting them one after the other, customizing them, and adding the required quantity to the shopping basket. Some images may be provided for information purposes and could differ from the final delivered product.
After selecting the desired products, an order checkout screen will be shown displaying the costs and total amount of the order. Once the quotation has been confirmed, the user will be asked to complete the order through payment.
3. Payments
The client will be able to purchase products online and make payments by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via PayPal, as indicated on the site, by following the instructions provided for the chosen purchase procedure.
The necessary information for payment will be forwarded, by means of cryptographic protocols, to the payment institution which has been entrusted by De Laurentis Glass for electronic payments, without any third party being able to access the information.
Payments must be made in advance and only once the payment has been made by the customer will the selected items will be put into production and sent to the customer.
Invoicing for all users is carried out by De Laurentis Glass during the purchasing stage. Invoices are available under “My Account”. It is your responsibility to print all invoices and keep them for your records.
4. Delivery and shipping times
The delivery of products will be carried out on the dates selected by the user during the payment stage. Times are calculated starting from the completion of the order, or rather the successful receipt of the confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for most of any given country. Islands and more remote areas could require two or more extra working days.
The order will not be considered complete until payment by the user.
Shipping and delivery are guaranteed under the terms selected on the payment page providing that the purchase order is complete.
Under no circumstance will De Laurentis Glass be held responsible for possible damages caused by a late delivery.
5. Liability disclaimer – product defects
De Laurentis Glass will not be held responsible by users for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, deriving from possible errors, of any type, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
In the event of delivery of the defective or damaged product, De Laurentis Glass will exclusively carry out a whole new product.
At the time of delivery, the user is obliged to thoroughly examine the products received. Any possible defects in the delivered items, printing errors or defects in the material’s packaging not attributable to the user are to be reported to the courier immediately. The items must be accepted by signing subject to verification. The user will then have to send a complaint through their personal De Laurentis Glass account, making sure to attach photographic documentation where requested, within 14 days of the delivery of materials. De Laurentis Glass will do its best to respond to any complaints received in short time.
All shipping charges for the return of the product and / or any taxes or customs duty, shall be charged to the customer and under his responsibility.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction for legal entities
The present conditions are subject to Italian law.
For all orders from individuals who are not classed as a “Consumer”, all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution of this contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Venice, Italy.
Pursuant to sections 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the user accepts the following specific provisions of the conditions: 4 (Delivery and shipment times); 5 (Liability Disclaimer – product defects); 6 (Jurisdiction and applicable court).
